We hope you love your purchase from By Bella. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns,
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused,
In their original packaging,
In the same condition as received,

How to Request a Return,
Please email us at hello@bybella.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds,
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items,
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
